Caridina linduensis is a unique shrimp species endemic to the pristine waters of Lake Lindu, located in the Sigi Regency of Central Sulawesi.
To address these challenges, educational initiatives were implemented to raise community awareness about Caridina linduensis and its ecological role. Three primary methods were employed:
- Creation of informative species boards highlighting the characteristics and significance of Caridina linduensis.
- Community outreach efforts involved organizing workshops and discussions to engage locals and share information about the species and its habitat.
- Participation in exhibition events, where the team showcased educational materials and directly interacted with the public to foster a deeper understanding of the species and the need for its conservation.
